Temporary Project A - Seasonal Manufacturing Support
Service: To support the fluctuating labour needs of a busy manufacturing operation as it works through a period of re-growth.
Timescale: Ongoing (Current)
Our Client is an established food manufacturer with fluctuating labour needs that depend on demand and forward orders for their products. They were seeking a reliable recruitment partner capable (and authorised) to work within the food sector. Brae Scotland is GLA licensed and was delighted to assist.
We work very closely with the Client, from selection and induction of workers (Health & Safety training, pre-start briefings), through to planning for upcoming projects, holiday periods and various other company priorities.
The Client needs to rely upon a continual supply of labour, across a multi-shift system and often needs to make adjustment to labour orders at short notice. Brae Scotland are well versed in this field, providing a stable and effective boost to the workforce.
- Supply of up to 35 workers across various skills sets.
- Provision of 'out of hours' support to deal with any issues or changes.
- Regular Client reviews to ensure we are delivering 100%.

- Sorting of mail contents, grading and testing
- Assign items for re-dispatch and export
Our workers needed to display skills including:

Brae Scotland have successfully placed both temporary and permanent staff with us including; production, customer service, procurement and engineering. I have no hesitation in recommending Brae Scotland as an employment agency. T.P. HR Manager (Manufacturing, Fife)
We have worked with Brae Scotland for over 2 years, using them to fill vacancies in both our Production and Office areas. The positions covered have ranged from production operator posts to senior management. In every case we have found the staff at Brae Scotland to be professional, courteous and very customer focussed. We have used many agencies over the years and I can honestly say that Brae are the only agency who have actually listened to what we, the client, have requested. They have made every effort to match our requirements to their candidates, which is why we're always happy to return to them. They don't try to fob us off with people they have on their books simply to fill vacancies. They listen to us, offer a true matching service. On top of this they offer a highly competitive pricing structure and a level of contact which has ensured our satisfaction every time we've used them. E.R. Marketing Director (Manufacturing, Fife)
