Brae Scotland offers a very clear and fair pricing model for the supply of Permanent staff:

 •    Salaries up to £14,999    
 Fixed fee of £250 (plus VAT)
 •    Salaries between £15,000 and £19,999 Fixed fee of £500 (plus VAT)
 •    Salaries between £20,000 and £29,999
 Fixed fee of £1000 (plus VAT)
 •    Salaries between £30,000 and £35,000   
 Fixed fee of £2000 (plus VAT)

 

For positions paying £35,000 plus, we charge a fixed percentage of 7.5% of starting salary. This model remains highly competitive and applies to the sourcing and professional recruitment of Skilled, Senior and Management personnel.
