Temporary Rates

We ask our clients to dictate the pay rate that is paid to temporary workers and from this, we calculate our rates incorporating Holiday Pay, Employers NI and our margin of just 10% (for pay rates up to £10 per hour).

For example:

Any clients who employ a member of our temporary team can, after a period of 12 weeks, convert them to their own permanent team for no charge.  This, our most popular recruitment model, is known as ‘temp to perm’.
